Can my university receive a pro forma invoice before paying?
Yes. Use Request a Pro Forma Invoice and provide your institution's billing details, the attendee names and the registration required. After your institution pays, complete this registration form and upload the transfer receipt.
Can I register someone else, or several people?
Yes. Choose Someone else in section 01. One registration can cover one presenter with co-authors attending, or one listener with additional listeners. Independent presenters, virtual presenters and mixed groups each need a separate registration.
Is there a group discount?
Approved group discounts are shown under Good to Know in Registration Fees. Enter the discount code in the payment step of the form; eligibility is checked before payment. For group registrations, contact Group registration email — to confirm.
Which co-authors pay?
Only co-authors who attend in person, at the co-author fee. Co-authors who do not attend pay nothing. Additional listeners pay the listener fee.
What does registration include?
Session access, certificates, access to the Abstract Book and proceedings, and networking. In-person attendees also receive a conference bag, lunch, coffee breaks and a free guided city tour. Accommodation and travel are not included.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued on request. Please make sure the billing details you give us are accurate before you pay.
What certificates will I receive?
All registered participants receive a certificate of participation, and presenters also receive a certificate of presentation. Certificates are issued to each attendee in their own name and sent by email Certificate timing — to confirm.
How long does bank transfer confirmation take?
Our team matches transfers within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is matched.
Can I pay on site?
No. All registrations must be paid in advance.
How do I correct my registration details or request a missing document?
Contact us with the attendee's name, registration email and order reference if available, and tell us what needs correcting or which document is missing. Please do not register or pay again. Help & Support
When will I receive the programme?
The programme is prepared from accepted and registered presentations. Registered participants will receive it by email when it is ready.
